Why XMI Support?

The XML Metadata Interchange (XMI) is an OMG standard for exchanging metadata information via Extensible Markup Language (XML). More and more UML tools allow to export XMI data. So you  can use the tool that best suits your needs.


What can you expect?

Presently XMI files exported from

- UModel 2009

- Magic Draw 15.5, 16.5, 16.6

- Enterprise Architect 7.1, 7.5, 8.0

- ArgoUML (tested with 0.30)


were tested.


The following state-chart elements are supported:

- States and composite-states with three hierarchy levels

- Entry/exit/action code for states

- Inner events

- Action code for the whole statechart

  1. -History and final states

  2. -Choice states

- Signal events with guard and action code

- All the other features of SinelaboreRT that makes it so
   usable for the embedded domain
